RGE's Managing Director, Anderson Tanoto, addressed the question of accessing credible carbon credits for businesses aiming for net-zero emissions during a panel discussion at Ecosperity Week 2022, organized by Temasek in Singapore. The discussion, titled "The Real Returns on Carbon," took place on June 9, 2022, and featured Professor Koh Lian Pin from NUS-Centre for Nature-based Climate Solutions. RGE, a headline sponsor, showcased its sustainability initiatives at the event. Tanoto emphasized the role of the private sector in leading conservation and restoration efforts for a greener future, while Professor Koh highlighted the use of technology and innovation in determining the quality of carbon credits.
